AEROBICS & FREE WEIGHT STRENGTHENING
(MON., WED., THUR., FRI. 8:30-10:00 A.M.)
(BURNS FAT, CONDITIONS HEART, LUNGS & STRENGTHENS MUSCLES)

 
Low impact aerobics and step aerobics to lessen the impact on joints. The gym has a great floor that also lessens the impact. Great cardio workout! Slow and controlled movement is used with free weights which allows the muscle to do the work and not momentum. This is done in a class setting using light weights (3 to15 lbs).

   

PILATES MAT SEQUENCE
(TUE. 8:30-9:30 A.M. & FRI. 10:00-11:00 A.M.)

(CORE TRAINING)

A unique method of conditioning for the body. It strengthens the hips, back and abdominal muscles so that the body’s coordination, posture, balance and alignment are corrected. It improves posture and provides flexibility creating a more functional body.

 

   

HATHA YOGA – BEGINNERS AND INTERMEDIATE

(STRETCHES, TONES, BUILDS STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILTY)

I teach vini yoga meaning that it meets the need of the individual allowing modifications and adjustment of poses so that it functions for the person. A total breath, mind and body connection lowering stress and calming the mind giving a feeling of complete relaxation.

 

 

   
 

You can do this yoga! It stretches your body very gently moving through different ranges of motion. Great for relaxation and helping aches and pains. People of all ages and fitness levels can reap the rewards.
